Hey! I'm Courtney - a mom of two boys, a step-mom, a grandma, a corporate woman for 13+ years...and someone who hit a point where "doing everything" was quietly doing too much.

For years, I have been juggling early mornings, commutes, deadlines, boys' sports, dinners, school forms, co-parenting, and trying to squeeze in my own wellness somewhere between it all. I kept telling myself that this was "normal" - that being exhausted, stretched thin, and constantly rushing was part of the season I was in. To be honest, I wore the "exhaustion" as a badge of honour - that I was doing it all.

But deep down, I knew something was off.

I didn't want a life where I was always choosing between my career and being present with my boys. I didn't want to look back and realise I missed the everyday moments that actually mattered. And I definitely didn't want to keep living on autopilot, watching years pass in a blur of work and exhaustion.

What I did want was simple:

More wellness. More peace. More time freedom. More alignment.

A life where I felt grounded again - not burnt out or surviving.

And that's when I said yes to something that, honestly, felt totally of character at the time: I said yes to learning about electrolyzed reduced water - I said yes to improving my family's wellness. And eventually, I said yes to building a business that actually supports the life I want instead of taking away from it.

I started with zero experience - just curiosity, a desire for better energy and health, and a little courage to try something new. And what began as a small step for my family, has become so much more.

Today, this business gives me flexibility, aligned income, and the ability to build something meaningful in the pockets of my day. It lets me present for the moments I don't ever want to miss. It lets me prioritze wellness in a way I never could when life felt like a sprint. And it allows me to help other women - especially overwhelmed career moms - find a path to more freedom, more health and more ease too.
